You grant codezenly a non-exclusive licence to host and display your submissions solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased course.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All course materials, videos, text and graphics remain the exclusive property of codezenly or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to view materials for personal study only. No trademark of codezenly may be used without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may integrate third-party tools such as payment processors or video hosting services. codezenly does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any third-party provider and is not liable for losses arising from their use.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

codezenly strives to maintain continuous access but may suspend or modify courses for maintenance, legal compliance or commercial reasons. Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination your right to view paid content ceases immediately.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

While every effort is made to ensure course accuracy, programming instruction is provided on an as-is basis. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees provided by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law codezenly total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit does not apply to liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify codezenly against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your uploaded content.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, subject to any statutory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force.
